I’m you in this scenario right now OP, one neighbor pays a service to spray the shit out of his lawn 5 times a year and the other neighbor pays a separate company to come out and drag race the zero turn on her property. I’m doing everything myself and just busted out the hydretain, humic acid, micronutrients, fungicide, and the good nitrogen last week. Its been about a month since my last iron treatment, and with all the rain we’ve been getting I might as well put down two bags.

If you go too hard with iron the grass will get a black tint to it. Done it before. So I think you did just fine.

Nice my neighbor and my yard looks like that. Feel bad because normally her yard looks just as good. But she hired a kid to mow for her and hes at like 1 inch and its killing her grass. Noticed today when mowing so next time I see her im going to let her know.
